14 Jul 05 Pizza Italia lunch photos posted. Another great time with old friends and met a new one, Fely, who works with Lisa. At least for a few more days as Lisa moves to new job the 22nd I think it is. Please enjoy the photos and someone let me know this time if I spelled anyone's name wrong or put to wrong person!!!!!!!!!
17 June 2005 -- A good week for me, on Tuesday 14th got to meet with Conaway, Maddox, Monti, Hoehl, Dewland, Otto, and Mulvenna at Zio's in Shady Grove MD after one of my frequent eye appointments to keep me from being blind. It was a good time. Michelle was in Rockville for a meeting and arrived as we were settling the check. We tried to get her to order and we would leave the check with her, but she would not bite. George gave me a ride back to Springfield as MD side of beltway was a mess he said. We plan to meet again in September. Henry and Jerry are still on target to meet for dinner at Yellowstone National Park July 9th, recall Febuary lunch we found they were both booked there for vacation this summer.
Then on Wednesday joined Pierce, her sister, Glotfelty, Myers, McBride, Herron, Lavalle, and Ruth & Steve Swart for lunch at Pizza Itaili in Oxen Hill MD. They gather once a month for lunch there to keep in touch with those who have retired, moved to other jobs, etc. for those still "stuck" at the Navy Yard. The next is planned for 14 July. It was great to see old friends and spend a little time with those I do miss, still do not miss the work!!
06 Apr 05 Here is couple of the imprompt dinners when Dave Blasco came in to town in March and August 03. I have others to get together and ready to publish as time permits. If any others have photos from lunches, etc. they wold like to share please feel free to send to me with comments, IDs etc. and will place here.
